Below is a real experience - read it and think about what you believe may be the cause before looking at the answer (it's good to think about these things isn't it?).
You will see a line ============== After this is the answer.
I woke up at 5:45 - I had been dreaming:
In the dream, I had been asleep on a bed, on the right side, next to a man (no idea who he was), and we had a small dog. The dog was on the bed was also asleep. The dog woke up and started to bark, standing in between us, facing to the right. I remember saying to the man to wake up, that ‘they’ were coming and that the dog could see them. I felt apprehensive, a little fearful, and slightly excited. The man wouldn’t wake up. I went to shake him, but I was unable to move, and the energy changed in the room. I then heard a strange sound, that sounded like the word ‘my’, as in the same way that that the sounds of musical notes are assigned ‘do re mi fa so’. It was a very low sound, and it oscillated, like a low/slow vibration, much lower than ‘do’. At first I thought there was a being speaking, but it wasn’t speech, it was my perception of the low vibrational frequency that I could hear.
After a few moments of registering this sound, which was very disorienting, I felt a firm, but gentle pressure on my chest, that felt slightly damp and slightly warm, but cool at the same time, like the skin of a frog – not wet, but not ‘dry’ like human skin. I couldn’t move at all. Any ‘excitement’ that I had felt at recognizing that ‘they’ were here was long gone, and I just felt panicked, disorientated, and fearful, but only low level fear. I then heard a thought – that if this was ‘real’, the person would be feeling so much more fearful than I was feeling. It was like the thought was layered over what I was experiencing - like pieces of paper laying on top of each other.
This ‘scene’ persisted for maybe a minute. Then pressure was lifted, and the frequency noise stopped. I went to wake the man next to me, but I couldn’t. The frequency noise immediately started again, and I felt my right arm lifted up, and pulled from off the bed mattress, so it stuck out to my right. I could feel a being holding/clasping my hand. At the same time, I felt the same coolish, damp pressure on my right foot, and felt a light pain in my big toe.
They released my hand and I was able to pull my arm back to my side. The noise stopped. Then almost immediately, the noise restarted, and again I was unable to move. I then felt as though a firm pair of lips were pressed against my lips – warm, with that damp feeling, but not wet. Somehow, I saw that it was actually the fingers of a being on my lips. When the pressure lifted off my lips it had been replaced by a thick gel like substance that covered my mouth. All I could do was shake my head to try and get it off my mouth. The ‘gel’ seemed to thin to a cool watery substance, some of which passed into my mouth. As the substance thinned, I seemed to be able to gain my mobility, slowly, like an epidural wearing off, and I fell off the bed as I panicked to wipe the stuff from my mouth.
I don’t recall anything after that – I blacked out.
I then woke up from that ‘dream’, into the dream I was having. And then I woke up again. My heart was racing, I’d been sweating, and I was very confused as to what I had just experienced – It felt ‘real’, very ‘physical’ and as though it had definitely happened – definitely not a ‘dream’, yet I knew it whatever it was, it wasn’t an ‘abduction’ experience due to the thought process that I had during the experience, and the relative level of fear that I felt, compared to ‘actual’ experiences of being taken by E.T.
The person experienced an astral event. It was a memory that exists in the astral from another persons abduction experiences. The person who is experiencing the astral memory has been partially out of body and is in a blended state with the astral, and so is living this state as if it was their own experience.
Despite the person understanding that this wasn't 'their' experience, it took them 48hrs to resolve the residual issues of the astral memory experience.
