The Arcturians

The Arcturians  
 
As many of you may know, I have spent many years evidencing contact with the Zetas and are very comfortable working with them as a race. They have performed each task as required flawlessly and so we (through them) welcome other races to come.
 
A few months ago, we started getting communication from a being called ArKarNa, and using our evidential processes we are determining at what level of confidence we can have with this specific being and the race as a whole.
 
I saw a stream of light blue energy that coalesced into entities. The Arcturians entities exist as a coalesced race, and they (like a torch light) beam themselves to 3d human containers. This means they do not wholly exist as a higher self-human. They are externalized into this space. They do not have children as we know it and that’s the problem, they have been giving us a narrative as that’s all they could do.

A form is dependent on the dimensional range. Form exists within its own dimensional construct We are not 3d beings.
There is no 3-dimensional form.
 For the race there is no 3d form of our race.
 
Next; the being answers questions:
Question: when we have seen a 3d physical form while describing your race
Dimensional references are based on perception of a full nature a physical form which holds its shape, that is classed as a 3d shape. It does not mean we exist in matter. Your Spirit people are a good representation of this. They believe themselves to be full.
They hold volume.
But from this physical reality you perceive form.
Other races, the way they make descriptions, is only because, they seek to provide pictorial images.
 
Question: when you use craft, would we as we are here, would we see your craft
Yes, we would shift down in frequency to then show itself in that dimensional space.
 
Question: do you live on a planet as a 3d being?
No, because we live in frames of reference that are light frequency, the 3d structures are only relevant when you move to that space.
 
Question: do you associate with Arcturus?
We associate with it as you require us to.
When the medium sees us, (origin work) we provide graphical representation for the mediums mind.
 
Question: who are you?
I have chosen the name ArKarNa,
I could have chosen any name, as names are sounds and symbols
 
Question: do you have a religion or structure?
We believe in light, the pure nature of ascension, the mind, the non-undulating form of silent existence.
A higher state of existence
 
Question: Do you work with Anccera race?
We work with many races.
We would like all works spoken to be freely available.

The message for all Arcturian hybrids is this:
We love you and we exist with you in your space, around you, protecting you.
We hold your energy for you.
Being at one with you.
 
 
Possible function of a Hybrid in dimension (Example: On Planet)
Function: Linear Skill Faction (Fractal analysis)
Explanation:
Consciousness is made up of small segments (they are like cells in a human body) but they are fractals of consciousness. The role is one of calculation and providing some sense of ideology to the consciousness of the function of the race (there are no words)
We will try to equate this function to earth : when you build a house you need to purchase bricks, the builder needs to know how many bricks are needed, if we take this to the fractals of consciousness then its is then understood by the beings of that race.
 
Arcturian beings  (Hybrid)  is part of the overall construct of the race. All beings come together to create one fluid form.
It is our understanding that within the limited framework of your understanding that you provide meaning within the framework, it provides a less meaningful, way to provide information within this form.
Why we incarnate into a human form:
To journey, not only do we travel down in frequency, we also travel up. To spaces we do not understand. We also as you would in this 3d space seek to understand what what is and what is not.
