Why humans misunderstand their role in the physical life, materialism and consciousness.

Firstly, the physical existence is based around a belief structure that you actually are here and existing.
Secondly, consciousness has chosen this specific process to understand itself and so it’s very valid form of experience.

Example, you see a car and have knowledge of a car, you have never driven a car. You have no experience of the car except that you know what it looks like. Then you drive a car and now have experience of the car and also knowledge of the car. Let’s look at this as a exercise in materialism, existence and consciousness.
 
You exist in this place as a physical form and it’s your consciousness that is defining you. The physical form and the illusion of this is what carries you. Now, having a knowledge of this isn’t enough, you must experience this reality and so in an instant you suddenly become aware of the duality of existence and how they are symbiotically entwined as one doesn’t exist without the other.
Now, here is the beauty of it all…

You can ENHANCE your existence as now you have experience of consciousness existing in this “reality” and so this means you now can look after your health.

Move on timelines.

Seek resolution from generational issues.

Define the future and how it will look.

And all of this now belongs to you (as it always has) because you have the experience of understanding your dual nature and why it exists.

Embrace the fact you are living a human form love your body and all that goes with it.
